The best place to start when making the switch to cloth pads is to look at what size pads you're currently using. We've created our pads to correspond with the different numbers assigned to pads by disposable pad manufacturers.
For example: Size 1 (9" long)= our size SMALL (9")
Size 2 (10" long)= our size MEDIUM (10")
Size 3 (11" long)= our size LARGE (11')
Size 4 (12" long)= our size EXTRA LARGE (12")
Size 5 overnight (13" long)= our Super Zorb 3D Stay Dry Pad (12.5" but wider)
HOWEVER, We ALSO offer 3 additional sizes, Extra Small (8"), 2XL (15"), and 3XL (18"), as well as our special Night-time Pads in 2XL and 3XL. Disposable pad manufacturers also make various-sized Panty Liners. Ours come in 2 sizes- 6" and 9".
But what if you don't wear pads but instead wear tampons? Well, every one of our cloth pads (except our panty liners) can hold .5 cups/4 Ounces of fluid. That's the same amount of fluid that 23 tampons can hold! Therefore, you could go with ANY of the pads, but depending on where your flow concentrates, you may want a larger pad. For example, if your flow goes straight down and isn't terribly heavy, you could start with an extra small, small, or medium. The extra small is especially great for those just starting their periods or as a back up to a menstrual cup. However, if you bleed/leak urine more towards the front or back, you'll want a longer pad such as the large, extra large, or even a 2XL (15") or 3XL (18").

Standard Pads are made with a topper fabric of Minky, Stay Dry Lycra, or Organic Cotton Velour. They also have a soaker layer made of the Original Undyed Zorb Silver, and then a backing of Zorb® 4D Stay Dry Dimple Waterproof CORE ECO-PUL™ Soaker Silver.
Super Zorb 3D Stay Dry Pad: One Size-12.5” long, and 3” wide when snapped.
Made with 3 layers of Zorb®! The Topper fabric is Zorb® 3D Stay Dry Dimple Silver Fabric, followed by the Original Zorb as a soaker layer, and then Zorb® 4D Stay Dry Dimple Waterproof CORE ECO-PUL™ Soaker Silver Fabric as the backing. These are great for overnight, EXTRA heavy flows, postpartum, etc.
Fig Tree Liners: 6”, and 9”. Both 2.75” wide when snapped.
Made with topper fabric of Minky, Stay Cool Lycra, or Organic Cotton Velour, and our standard Zorb® 4D Stay Dry Dimple Waterproof CORE ECO-PUL™ Soaker Silver Fabric as the backing. Only one layer of the mighty Zorb®
Fig Tree Night-time Pads with Zorb 3D Stay Dry:
Made with 3 layers of Zorb: Zorb® 3D Stay Dry Dimple Silver Fabric, followed by the Original Zorb as a soaker layer, and then Zorb® 4D Stay Dry Dimple Waterproof CORE ECO-PUL™ Soaker Silver Fabric as the backing. They hold TWICE as much fluid as our regular pads. If you have VERY heavy periods, you can opt for DOUBLE the core for 4 layers of Zorb!
