Refunds and Exchange Policy
REFUND/EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the product, Fig Tree Studios CANNOT accept returns, and there are NO refunds or exchanges on ANY of our products. You will agree to this policy with a checkbox when you purchase from our store so that you confirm your agreement. If you have any errors or problems with your order please contact us within a week (jenny@figtreestudio.co). Please read our warranty information carefully for more details.
CANCELLATIONS
If you made a mistake when ordering, you have 24 hours to let us know, and if we haven't shipped it yet, you will be refunded, minus a 20% restocking fee.
DAMAGES
You are required to notify us of any damages to your product by submitting a photo along with an email containing comprehensive information about the damage. Once it is confirmed that your product is no longer functional or does not meet expectations, we will engage with you directly to determine a suitable resolution tailored to the specific circumstances and accommodate you accordingly to address the issue.
