CANCELLATIONS

If you made a mistake when ordering, you have 24 hours to let us know, and if we haven't shipped it yet, you will be refunded, minus a 20% restocking fee. 


DAMAGES

You are required to notify us of any damages to your product by submitting a photo along with an email containing comprehensive information about the damage. Once it is confirmed that your product is no longer functional or does not meet expectations, we will engage with you directly to determine a suitable resolution tailored to the specific circumstances and accommodate you accordingly to address the issue. You can send this email to jenny@figtreestudio.co
