Shipping Policy

What if your package gets lost? You can file a claim with USPS. Please also reach out to me via email at jenny@figtreestudio.co and I will also contact USPS and push for a resolution, but you must file a claim (they have 21 BUSINESS days to respond!). If it has still not been resolved by then, please reach out to me again. Kindly do not request a chargeback from your bank. If I've sent out the package (you have a tracking #), and USPS has lost it, that is not my fault and I shouldn't be penalized for it. Thank you for your understanding. 

 REFUND ON SHIPPING Charges

If on the same day, you make multiple purchases, please let us know in the comment section when you check out and we will combine your orders and refund any overages over $1. OR email jenny@figtreestudio.co.
